• INFRARED (IR) - Although it uses very STRONG IR signals almost omnidirectional, this remote WON'T WORK if your devices were placed INSIDE OF A CABINET OR BEHIND A WALL. Please follow our instructions. If you have not yet tried to setup the remote properly please DON'T MAKE ANY FALSE CLAIMS (e.g, doesn't work, not on TV, no volume) for the sake of any purpose.
• PLEASE NOTE - This remote is an IR remote, does not support voice functions. No third party remote is capable of SI-RI. However, you can use your other compatible Apple devices (i.phone or x.Pod, etc) for that matter. For the purposes of the remote this is just a universal replacement for the BASIC remote functions, no fancy functions, like touch control or scrolling.
