Features
- All wires are clearly labeled and color-coded. And an easy-to-follow wiring diagram is included in the package. RED to 12VDC Positive Battery Terminal, COFFEE to Fan Positive, BLACK to Sending Unit, GREY to Ignition per wiring diagram. Direct replacement part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans
- Temperature switch turns on fan approximately at 185 Degrees and Off at 175 Degrees. The temp sensor has a 3/8 inch pipe thread, and a 1/2 inch adapter included. Please note: you need to run a 160 degrees thermostat when running this kit with this temp switch. If you got a thermostat above 160 degrees (say 180 thermostat) , your engine will not get cool enough for the fans to shut off
- This electric cooling fan kit comes with everything you need, includes 40A relay, wiring harness, temperature switch, 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch adapter, inline waterproof fuse holder, fuses, 1 spade connector for the temp sensor, 8 ring terminals, and 4 wire connectors
- The temperature switch supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket if needed. The temperature switch MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded
- This relay kit is enough to run two medium profile or low profile cooling fans. For high profile fans, you can use ZOZOMOTORS heavy duty relay kit P/N 30247. Or crimp/solder bigger wires yourself for pin 30 & 87 to carry enough load for the fan (10 gauge wire - 30 Amps)
