It is compatible with 400, 500, 600, 700 Evaporative Humidifiers and 800 Steam Humidifiers. Installation involves removing the old humidifier and connecting the new one to a 2-wire system, with pipes near HVAC products or on walls at least 6 inches upstream of humidifiers.
