Features
- Fitment - Compatible with Harley Davidson Sportster (aka XL) 2004-2013 front and rear (Include 883/883R/883N/883C/1200X/1200L/1200C/1200N/1200R/1200V). Also compatible with EBC FA381(Front)/FA387(Rear)
- Replacement - Replace OEM Part 42831-04(Front)/42836-04A(Rear)/42029-07(Rear).Although the original rear brake pads have two different part number, in fact they are exactly the same.
- Specs & Key Features - Sintered, resistant to high temperatures up to 600°C, with a friction coefficient of 0.52(almost reaching HH grade standards). They feature LOW FADE, HEAT RESISTANCE, HIGH BRAKING FORCE
- Are These Pads Good? - The quality of brake pads depends on their effective working temperature. Despite various brands in the market claiming to be sintered with powerful braking capabilities, some brands have an effective working temperature of less than 250°C, a detail they may not disclose to you. When temperatures exceed 350°C (during rapid braking), their braking power rapidly declines, even leading to failure, whereas our brake pads have an effective working temperature of 600°C
- Certification - We offer brake pads for various vehicle types (including motorcycles, ATV & UTV, scooters, racing vehicles, go-karts, and bicycles), covering over 95% of motorcycle models on the market. Some of our brake pads are certified with E-MARK certification (European Union Economic Commission ECE R90 standards), as well as ROHS and SGS testing (asbestos-free testing)
- Installation Tips - After installing new brake pads, a break-in period is required (first 100-200 kilometers). During this period, avoid excessive use of the brakes or emergency braking. Overheating can harden the pad surface, reducing effectiveness. Proper break-in ensures maximum performance and safety
