What is it? Easy-to-install Diverter Valve is helping switching from regular tap water to quality filtered Countertop Filtration System and extend the service life of your system. it can be installed on most standard kitchen faucets to divert water to the Countertop, RO or RO/DI unit.It came with screw in/on connector and aerator.It connects to 3/8 od RO tubing and It will not affect the original pressure at all Why you need it? The use of a diverter valve to direct water to a filter because it does not constantly leave the filter under high pressure, which caused many filter exploded or came apart and caused major water damage in the home;With a diverter valve that lets you easily switch between filtered and unfiltered water. How to Use it? Step 1:Remove the aerator if the faucet has one, and determine if your faucet has inner threads or outer threads. Step 2:For faucets with M24 internal threads,use the M22 to M24 faucet tap adapter and 2 sealing washers to connect the diverter valve to the faucet. For faucets with M22 external threads, place the sealing washer into the diverter valve of the filter and connect to the faucet. Step 3:Turn the diverter handle in line with the connector for regular tap water. Turn the diverter handle perpendicular to the connector for filtered water. What you will receive? Faucet diverter valve x 1 Teflon tape x 1 ( Install valve without tape firstly, if it is a little drip, put some teflon tape and try again)
