How to use the paint pens 1)Shake the pen well. 2)Hold the pen with the tip at the top and press with your thumb. (this lets the ink inside the pen to flow into the tip) 4)You are now ready to write on any surface! -To clean off, use mineral alcohol or turpentine. Description -No xylene and toluene. -Marks on more surface, oil based paint. -Oil based paint, not transparent. -Ink are conforming to the EN71-3 and ASTM D-4236 approved. -Ink are comply with the European union-ROSH directive. -The tip of the pen is approximately 2.0mm-2.8mm. -Brand new and comes sealed in plastic.
