Start your own seeds and plants with Miracle-Gro® Seed Starting Potting Mix. This ready-to-use, lightweight premium mix is excellent for germinating vegetables, flower and herb seeds, and for starting leaf, stem and root cuttings. In addition, this potting media is enriched with Miracle-Gro® Plant Food. This mix is specially formulated for fast root development, and is excellent for starting cuttings. To plant seeds, fill a shallow container with a drain hole with mix. Plant seeds according package directions. Water and let drain. After the first true leaves form, transplant seedlings into Miracle-Gro® Potting Mix or Miracle-Gro® Gardens Soil. For established cuttings, fill container with potting mix and water thoroughly. Make holes with a pencil and insert cuttings, pressing mix around stems. With all plantings, keep moist and out of direct sunlight. Refer to your plant's tag for lighting and water needs.
