Description
This MaedHawk Bypass 2.0 adapter enables wireless CarPlay on motorcycle infotainment systems by meeting the wireless headset requirement. It allows CarPlay audio to play through speakers without needing a separate motorcycle headset, provided the infotainment system supports Bluetooth headset connection. A passthrough USB-C port offers phone charging. It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to systems that don't already have them, nor does it convert wired CarPlay to wireless. The Bypass 2.0 supports up to 45W and offers a more stable, faster Bluetooth signal. Compatible with Harley Touring models with SkyLine Infotainment (12.3" screen, 2023 CVOs) and older models with an activated HD Wireless Headset Interface Module (WHIM). Your bike must have original factory CarPlay. Older BOOM systems may require a USB-C to A adapter for wired CarPlay, but this will not enable wireless.
