You can use it for different purposes, you can loosen those screws on the other side and can change front to back orientation according to your need.
• 【T5 SSD Holder & Cable Clamp】The T5 holder is fixed to the cage by cold shoe, securing the T5 SSD and protecting the USB-C cable. The cable clamp attaches to the side of the cage with one 1/4”-20 screw, securing both the HDMI and USB-C cable by pushing the two sliding blocks.
