SPEED UP RECOVERY AND RELIEVE PAIN Our hot cold pack can be used for head, wisdom teeth, ankle, neck, knee, arm, stomach pain, and anywhere else you desire. Hot cold therapy is great for toothaches, tendinitis, muscle aches, cramps, arthritis, sports injuries, meniscus tears, tennis or golfer’s elbow, rehabilitation, post-surgery or post-game recovery, and for achy joints after a long day at work. COLD THERAPY TREATMENT Place the gel pack flat in a freezer for 1.5-2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to your body. Gel pack will get frosty when frozen, we recommend placing a cloth between your skin and the ice pack for comfortable use. For the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel pack for no more than 2 hours. HOT THERAPY TREATMENT Heat the pack for 30 seconds on medium heat. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds. Knead the gel pack and turn it over and heat a 2nd time to evenly distribute the heat.
