• TIP: (1) If the tubing is a little twisted when you open the package, simply soak the tubing in 60°C/140°F water for a few minutes to restore it to normal. (2) If the condensate pump is unable to lift the water up to 5 feet, you can simply fill the pump, disconnect the tubing and fully submerge the pump in water, then connect the tubing again!
