It has a 6–8 cup capacity, a non-drip spout, and a heat-resistant ergonomic handle. Compatible with gas, ceramic, and electric stovetops. More than just a coffee pot – a versatile kitchen tool: -Traditional Turkish, Arabic, or Greek coffee maker -Herbal tea pot -Hot chocolate and sauce maker -Butter or coconut oil melter -Milk or honey warmer -Egg boiler and more Turkish Coffee Recipe (for 2 servings): 1. Add sugar (optional), 2 cups of cold filtered water, and 1.5 heaping tablespoons of ground Turkish coffee to the pot. 2. Stir lightly with a small spoon and place the pot on the stovetop. 3. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat (about 3–4 minutes). 4. As foam builds up, transfer some into each coffee cup with a teaspoon. 5. Once the coffee begins to boil, pour half into the cups over the foam. 6. Return the pot to the stovetop, boil for another 15–20 seconds, then pour the rest evenly into the cups. 7. Serve with a glass of water and Turkish delight.
