BETAFPV F4 2-3S 20A Brushless Flight Controller

This F4 2-3S 20A AIO V1 Brushless Flight Controller from BETAFPV is designed for HD digital drones. It features dual BEC solutions (5V 3A and 9V 2A) to prevent screen blackout on O3 units during throttle increases. The controller includes a new O3 6-pin PMU for easy, solder-free installation. With a 2-3S power range and a 20A ESC, it offers increased thrust and improved control. The redesigned solder pad layout and relocated USB port enhance ease of use, while the upgraded onboard receiver offers selective power cutoff and additional UART ports. Note: Starting August 2026, this controller will be available with either an AT32F435 or STM32F405 CPU, shipped randomly with no user experience difference.
