TX/RX method can measure full S11 and S21 parameters, S21 dynamic ranges: 70 dB (1.5GHz), 60dB (3GHz); S11 dynamic ranges: 50 dB (1.5GHz), 40 dB (3GHz). The harmonic expansion of the output signal of the clock chip SI5351 is used to measure the frequency to 1000MHz. At 600M-1GHz, the dynamic range of S11 is 40dB (the standing wave ratio is less than 1.02)
