High quality, flexible black silicone tubing compound in compliance with FDA and 3A Sanitary Standards. USDA approved for meat and poultry plants. The material is odorless and contains no BPA, lead, latex, or phthalates.
Damage Resistance. Food grade silicone can withstand extreme temperatures (-58°F to 392°F) without damage and degradation. Max Working Temperature: 500 degrees F (260°C) for 1~2 hours; 392 degrees F (200°C) for 10 to 20 hours. Silicone tubing's max operating pressure: 0.2MPa.
Durable. Food grade silicone won’t harden, peel, crack, dry out, crumble, rot, or become brittle over time.
This extremely flexible, food grade silicone is suited for general low pressure industrial applications for the conveyance of chemicals, liquids, gases, and solids of suitable granular size, such as factory air lines automation machinery and pneumatic lines.(Note: The silicone tubing is not suitable for strong oxidants such as ozone.)
Its many suitable uses include pumps, shiphons, filters, AC and HVAC tubing, drain valve connections, filters, plumbing, drip irrigation, ponds and gardens, beer brewing, wine making, and more.
