Features

  • Versatility: The dual check valve is designed for smaller supply lines, ideally for laboratory equipment, processing tanks, sterilizers, dairy equipment and similar applications. It is especially recommended for boiler feed lines to prevent the return pressure from being lower than the system pressure during supply.Compatible with all major brands.
  • Product Parameter: Series 9D is suitable for use on hot or cold water and can be used under continuous pressure.Temperature range: 33°F – 210°F. Maximum Working Pressure:175psi (12.1 bar). Minimum Required Pressure: 25psi (1.7 bar).Inlet & Outlet connection size 1/2 IN, Thread Type NPT.
  • Qualitative Materials: Backflow preventer construction consists of brass body, stainless steel working parts, integral filter and durable rubber disc. The inlet and outlet of the inner connector are connected. Main check valve with rubber disc seat combined with matching rubber parts to ensure tight closing.
  • Notice: To avoid water damage from valve operation, a drain pipe must be installed, which should terminate about 12 inches above the floor drain. If used on a boiler, do not use an air gap joint on the surface to prevent scalded water or base steam from causing personal injury. Exhaust ports or discharge lines should not be blocked under any circumstances.
  • Satisfactory Service: Your satisfaction is always our persistent pursuit, if you have any questions in the use of products, you can always communicate with us, looking forward to serving you.
