Nellis Auction in Las Vegas, Nevada works with families, estate professionals, and civic entities (including the Clark County Public Administrator and Public Guardian) on a daily basis, to help sort through relatives’ estates or other estates they’re in charge of.
Las Vegas estate management professionals often refer us when the time comes to sell a loved one’s assets, because our process is simple.
We are a full-service estate auction company— this means we can handle every aspect of liquidating an estate, from packing to selling the property.
First we schedule a walk-through of the estate. This gives us a baseline of what we are working with and can help us schedule what size truck and crew to bring. During the initial walkthrough, items of importance are photographed and detailed so that they can be properly marketed to our large specialty buyer group and we can get the most money for your items. Our contacts in the industry are expansive, and made up of the best local experts and national buyers.
We work side-by-side with the trustee to make sure personal documents and items are properly cared for. Then our team of professionals will box up the entire estate and transport it to our 25,000 square foot warehouse facility, where it is stored until the date the items are to be sold.
The week of the auction, our warehouse team carefully decides how to properly organize and display the items, using their years of auction experience, to get the most value for your assets. Then our marketing department photographs and advertises the sale using varied tools including: direct mail, local publications, our website that gets well over 30,000 hits a month, our email list containing over 1,000 active auction buyers, and directly contacting specialized industry buyers.
During the auction, our professional auctioneers know how to get the crowd excited and bidding often! They will properly identify your items and give any important details that might be needed for buyers to make informed decisions about an item’s value.
Once your items have been sold at our estate auction, we will arrange to mail you a check the following Wednesday!
A family-owned and operated business since 1974, we strive to continue our tradition of honesty, integrity, and hard work— from the first time you call Nellis Auction until payment is delivered to you.
